Each year in October, the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs, in collaboration with the Society of Postdoctoral Scholars, conducts a climate survey to determine University of Kentucky postdoc needs. The information provided helps gauge the quality of postdoctoral training at UK and develop programming and services accordingly.
The survey is confidential and data is only published anonymously and in aggregate so that individual responses cannot be identified.
